ESG platform for the production supply chain
A complete system to collect, calculate and share environmental performance along the entire production supply chain, from energy consumption to transport, with reports compliant with ISO and GHG Protocol standards.
The starting point
Companies operating within complex production supply chains face a paradox: they need increasingly granular and verifiable ESG data, but they want fast tools that don't divert focus from the real business.
The tools exist, but greater reliability is needed, with certain calculations and a more fluid, integrated way to comply with the directives.
The problem we found
The CSRD directive (EU 2022/2464) requires sustainability reporting from many organizations. But the real challenge isn't regulatory, it's operational. How do you collect consumption data from plants on different continents? How do you distribute the calculated emissions along the chain?
Technologies used

ESG data collection along the entire supply chain
Replace fragmented collection from different channels with a system that maps every operating unit, every consumption category and every supply-chain actor in a single source of truth, eliminating the dependency on generic industry estimates and benchmarks.
CO₂e emissions calculation with recognized standards
Transform raw consumption data (electricity, fuels, refrigerants, water, transport) into emissions expressed in tCO₂e through emission factors compliant with ISO 14064, the GHG Protocol and other official frameworks, making the calculation repeatable and mitigating human error.
Transparent data sharing between companies in the chain
Let each company share its own emissions with customers and receive those of suppliers in a standardized format, creating a bidirectional flow of ESG information along the supply chain that every party can verify and integrate into its own sustainability report.
An economically sustainable platform with a SaaS model
Implement a self-service subscription system with differentiated plans, recurring payments (credit card and bank direct debit via Stripe) and autonomous license management — so that each company in the chain can adopt the platform independently and at scale.
Focus on features and solutions

Emissions Dashboard
The platform's entry point is a dashboard that shows the company's total emissions in tCO₂e for the selected period, associated with customers and suppliers, with an immediate breakdown by consumption category: electricity, refrigerant, fuel, company freight transport and outsourced transport. Each card shows the numeric value in tonnes of CO₂ equivalent.

Supply Chain Management
The supply chain is organized around three points: company to map its own operating units, clients i.e. the companies you sell products or services to, and as suppliers the companies you buy from.
From here you can directly share ESG data with clients thanks to pre-defined allocation rules.

Detailed Consumption
Each operating unit (whether an industrial warehouse, a central warehouse or a plant) has its own card with address, total emissions for the period and a breakdown of consumption.
There are six categories: electricity, fuel, refrigerant, water, heat/steam and direct process emissions.

Sharing emissions
Sharing the calculated and allocated data is designed in two steps: first the system checks which consumption categories have not yet been filled in (with a warning per operating unit and missing category), then it shows the summary of the emissions that will be shared, broken down by recipient customer and value in tCO₂e. On confirmation, it sends the reports to the selected customers.
Every company in the chain that registers on the platform automatically finds the received data, integrating it into its own sustainability report without manual re-entry.

Managing advanced processes and reports, as well as organizing a production chain, requires a system built on the real logic of your business and with expected, measurable goals.
