Requirements analysis
We study every aspect of the project to choose technologies and approach, and give you feedback on the features too, so the product does its job better.

Proof of Concept (PoC) development
To validate an idea or a new process we start from a first prototype, which improves the cost-to-result ratio. When it is not needed, the phase is scaled down or skipped.

Milestone development, in Agile
We work in Scrum and split the path into milestones, usually at the end of the sprints: we share the work done, gather your feedback and plan the next step.

Shared testing and delivery
Before delivery we refine the features and try them with selected users; then we close the final tests, the documentation and the project materials.

After go-live
Once go-live is reached we keep going, following the evolution of the product and planning a long-term strategy for your business with you.
It starts from what the software has to do.
In the analysis the team looks into every aspect of the project and from there chooses technologies and operating approach: the ones we use most often are in the grid further down. The feedback you get covers the functional side too, with suggestions to make the product more effective.
The prototype comes in when an idea or a new process has to be tried before investing in full development. On a project that is already clear, the phase is scaled down or skipped.
You see working software, not a report.
Inside every sprint are the Scrum ceremonies: planning, short daily alignments, a review with a demo of the work done, and a retrospective. We meet you roughly once a week, on progress, issues and the needs of both sides: your involvement throughout the project is a condition, not an option.
Before go-live the features go through selected users, and together with the software we hand over the documentation and know-how of the project. After that, the platform keeps evolving with support and new releases.

Who owns the source code?
Yours, 100%, with no license fees and no vendor lock-in, in black and white in the contract.
Ownership passes milestone by milestone: every milestone you pay transfers to you the part of the project it covers. It is the premise of the contract, not a concession at the end of the work.
So that you are not tied to us we use standard, documented technologies, and we hand over accesses, repositories and API documentation in Swagger/OAS format.
Can you integrate with our systems (ERP/CRM)?
We specialize in integrating with existing systems (Legacy, ERP, CRM, MES, MRP, APS and many more). We interface through REST API, batch, websocket, MQTT, AMQP and other secure procedures on modular architectures, making sure the new software talks properly to your digital ecosystem.
What happens after launch? Do you provide support, SLAs and training?
Go-live is, oddly enough, the beginning.
We offer evolutionary and corrective maintenance contracts with clear SLA (Service Level Agreement) to guarantee fast response times. We draw a clear line between "bugs" (covered by warranty) and "new features".
We also run training sessions and a proper handover to your team, so you can use the platform day to day on your own.
We also provide maintenance, quality control and support contracts tailored to the project.
