The starting point
Anyone who manages compliance processes — ISO 27001, GDPR, internal audits, industry certifications — knows the problem well: collecting structured data from dozens of different stakeholders is an activity that devours time, generates errors and depends on everyone's availability.
The traditional flow works like this: an auditor prepares a questionnaire, sets an appointment, conducts the interview by phone or in person, transcribes the answers, normalizes them, enters them into a system. If a piece of data is missing, you start over. If the contact is an external supplier or a merchant with rigid hours, timelines stretch by weeks.
The problem we found
The real problem isn't the complexity of the questions. It's the synchronous model: two people have to be available at the same moment, speak the same operational language and produce consistent data. Let's be honest: when contacts number 50, 100 or 500, that model simply doesn't scale.

Definition builder
Every audit starts from a "Definition": title, system code, description and a fully configurable question structure. Five field types, free or constrained (Text, Number, Yes/No, Options, Date), cover any data-collection need. Each field has a unique identifier, a text/description and validation parameters (min/max for numbers, required, etc). The order of the questions can be rearranged with drag-and-drop.

Categorization and Profiling
It's not a simple list. The system manages complete contacts with: personal data, company information, location, categorization and classification with tags. Each contact shows how many audits they took part in, how many sessions are in progress and how many are completed.

Send today, repeat tomorrow
An audit is created, linked to a contact and sent with one click (dispatch). But the real value is recurring scheduling: monthly frequency, day of the month, all configurable. The system automatically sends new sessions according to the schedule, with a one-time code and OTP authentication.
The Audit Details page shows the complete summary: definition used, target contact, email, current status, session history with dates and status.
