What kind of SaaS platforms and AI applications does Volcanic Minds build?

Volcanic Minds builds custom software, SaaS platforms and Enterprise systems, cross-platform web and mobile applications, as well as Artificial Intelligence solutions integrated into business processes. Every solution is designed around the company's specific needs, built on Cloud Native architectures and made to integrate with existing systems (MES, MRP, ERP, CRM, legacy software), with a constant focus on security, scalability and accessibility (WCAG).

What is AI Orchestration, and how do agentic systems apply to business processes?

AI Orchestration is the design of operational flows where multiple AI agents (agentic AI) work together to carry out complex tasks autonomously (or semi-autonomously), integrating with the company's data and systems.

Volcanic Minds designs these workflows around ROI and security by design: guardrails that constrain agent behavior, protection of PII and sensitive business data, and role- and level-based access control (RBAC), so each agent or user only accesses permitted content.
